Feel Think Act
Is there a need to understand Feel – Think – Act and what does it really mean to you?
I see this as part of the natural flow of life. This is the order of how we create things and with what our gifts of intuition, feeling, prophecy and vision work with. When we are balanced with our Feeling, thinking and action in life we become more ready to be in touch with people rather than creating a sense of isolation. We have more efficient actions toward our goals when our positive feelings can work smoothly with our intellect. The techniques that can give you further insights into this area are quite fun.
The Star Wars and Avatar type movies have been quite strong in helping convey the use of your feelings ( “the force”, sensitivity, inspiration) to guide your impetus in life. So I think of my feeling part as my soul energy. I love being around people who are bubbling with their feelings, that sense of friendliness and open sensitivity is lovely to be around and part of. I can see why spiritual cleansing, meditation and working with spirit regularly is such a bonus for allowing that good, kind, sharing, fun, enthusiastic part to be more of a constant in our daily lives –with everyone! Some real hugs, a massage, singing and laughter are always a great way to stay in touch with the real you. A loving soul!
When I think about my thinking part – I know it is there to just cruise along helping me organize the planning, follow through and sharing of my goals….jobs, relationships, and paying my bills. So this is where having a plan written down helps you then discern better when to take action. “As you think you create”. As I think more positive I receive more help. My intellect helps me control where I am going and what I need to get there. And we have lots of good schools and institutions to help this part of us. Things like “getting stuck in your head”, tied up with emotions, frustration, criticism, holding back, not good enough and other no so good ideas the intellect helps formulate as part of its training program for the soul ,and is why group work, personal profiles and courses are so good to be involved with. It’s very refreshing for my energy.
The Act – The action we do or don’t do – The motion that makes things happen – “We can act without thinking”, “Act in good faith or with good or bad intentions”. And the way we act is a result of how we engage our feelings and thoughts into a unified force – hey! Sometimes it does’nt always come out that way. This is further exemplified when we are working with people and especially doing sensitivity work, there needs to be that tuneful harmony to be of good service. A reminder to be a little more friendly with ourselves and others is a helpful boost to the internal system, as we will relax more and allow our actions to speak for themselves.
By staying in our natural inner flow of feel – think – act creativity becomes easier and spirit seems to flow through so much easier. Sounds good to me!
